Terms of Service

1) Eligibility (20+)

• You must be at least 20 years old to use the Services.
• The Services are not for minors. If we learn you are under 20, we may suspend or terminate access.
• You may not use the Services where prohibited by law.

2) Social play only; no real-money gambling; no prizes

• The Services are for entertainment only. No real-money gambling is offered.
• No prizes or items of value are awarded through gameplay.
• Any virtual coins/credits/tokens are fictional, have no cash value, are not currency or property, and cannot be redeemed, withdrawn, or exchanged for money or anything of value.

3) Virtual goods & in-app purchases (IAP)

• We may offer virtual goods (including virtual currency) for purchase. Prices and product descriptions are shown at checkout and may change.
• Virtual goods are non-transferable, non-refundable, and have no cash value, except where required by applicable law or the payment platform’s policies.
• We do not guarantee availability, continuity, or any particular outcome, balance, or value associated with virtual goods.

4) Acceptable use

• Do not cheat, exploit bugs, use bots, automate access, scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Services.
• Do not harass others, upload unlawful content, or violate any applicable law.
• We may monitor for fraud/abuse and take action, including suspending accounts and removing content.

5) Intellectual property

The Services, including software, artwork, logos, and content, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms.

6) Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

7) Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS/REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR (B) NZ$100.

8) Dispute resolution; governing law

Please contact us first to attempt informal resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved, qualifying claims may be brought before the Disputes Tribunal of New Zealand, or otherwise in the courts of New Zealand. These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, including the Gambling Act 2003, the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, and the Fair Trading Act 1986, and nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 that cannot be excluded.

9) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time if we believe you violated these Terms or for security, legal, or operational reasons. Upon termination, any licenses end and virtual goods are forfeited to the extent permitted by law.

10) Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version on the Site. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
